The location was marvellous and stunning: the main shopping center and shopping malls were within walking distance. We had a deluxe king room and it was spotless and huge.

The hotel had a central position right by CTA blue metro line and loop train nearby and the taxi and the shopping centers and good restaurants. There was bakery Jaffa Bagels, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

It had excellent location not too far from Chicago Board of Trade. The lake view was stunningly beautiful, the room was good sized and nicely furnished.

The hotel seems like a decent place for exploring the city. Staff is very knowledgeable and you can park your car onsite. The location is favourable in a very very nice area, not far from the museum area and downtown as well as good restaurants. There is bakery Jaffa Bagels, set 800 feet walk away. Personalized service and the food is great. When I am in Chicago, I like staying here.

Wonderful and fairly clean place, AWESOME view of the lake. Huge and fairly quiet rooms with a nice decor. Location short walk to the lake and pier and normal office building and the museum area and downtown. Also, next to blue line station which connects to O'Hare airport.
